VMware (VMW) is making a few tweaks to its upper management, expanding the duties for two top executives. According to a public filing and press release Tuesday, Jonathan Chadwick, chief financial officer of the No. 1 maker of virtualization software, now will also serve as the company’s co-chief operating officer along with current COO and president, Carl Eschenbach.
