British game developer King continues to reign in mobile game sales with its “Candy Crush Saga.” But its dreams of a public stock offering might have to wait until it can prove it’s not just a one-hit wonder. Cowen & Co. analyst Doug Creutz said Tuesday that “Candy Crush Saga” repeated as the top-grossing casual mobile video game in November. It was the No. 1 game for Apple ‘s (AAPL) iPhone and iPad and for Android devices, based on sales at Google ‘s (GOOG) online store, Google Play. But only two of the top 100 grossing games for the iPhone are from King. The other one is “Pet Rescue Saga,” which was No. 4 last month. King had four of the top 100 iPad games and three of the top 100 Google Play games in November. King has delayed its planned initial public offering on the Nasdaq stock exchange until next year amid fears that its flagship game is “too successful,” the U.K.-based Telegraph reported Sunday .
