Tesla Says China Trademark Tussle ‘Attempted Theft’

Electric car maker Tesla Motors (TSLA) said Tuesday that “attempted theft of our intellectual property” won’t keep it from selling and now delivering cars in China. Tesla stock slipped Tuesday amid trademark troubles in China, which analysts expect will be Tesla’s largest market, and other issues.
