Tesla Motors (TSLA) delivered 17,400 Model S and Model X vehicles in the fourth quarter, hitting the lower end of its full-year target of at least 50,000, the luxury electric car marker reported Sunday. Tesla Motors initially expected to ship 55,000 vehicles in 2015, but revised that to 50,000-55,000 in August and then 50,000-52,000 in November.
