Tesla Motors literally rolled out a dramatic, new electric-car feature over the weekend: Version 7.1 of its onboard software amps-up Autopilot self-driving abilities to the extent that your car can come get you. A Model S or Model X can “open the garage door and come to greet you,” Tesla (TSLA) said in a blog post Sunday, just ahead of the start of the big North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
