Best Buy (BBY), Target and Wal-Mart used Apple iPad tablets as door-buster sale items late Thursday and Friday, and reports indicate they were a huge hit with holiday shoppers. Wal-Mart (WMT) said Friday that it sold 1.4 million tablets overall on Thanksgiving and noted that the iPad Mini (bundled with a $100 Wal-Mart gift card) was a top seller. Target (TGT) said Friday that the iPad Air was one of its hot items.
