Google (GOOG) on Friday said it’s launched its Google Voice voice-recognition software in Germany, France and the U.K., with language support for French and German. Google representatives have been touring those countries in recent weeks to demonstrate the voice-search technology. The app is similar to Apple’s (AAPL) Siri digital assistant.
