Oracle’s move to acquire Micros Systems will boost the enterprise software giant’s move into e-commerce services and give it another avenue to push its software applications, analysts say. Oracle (ORCL) on Monday said it’s agreed to acquire Micros (MCRS), a deal first reported to be in the works by Bloomberg last week.
