TurboTax developer Intuit (INTU) said Tuesday, confirming reports out late Monday, that it will buy bill-payment app provider Check for $360 million in cash and other considerations. Palo Alto, Calif.-based Check makes a smartphone app that it says is used by more than 10 million people.
