Piper Jaffray analyst Michael Olson raised his price target on OpenTable (OPEN) Thursday based on an optimistic view of its mobile-payment rollout. The stock rose more than 2% on the stock market today. The restaurant-reservation network launched a pilot program for its new mobile-payment feature on Feb. 7.
