In-flight Internet and entertainment service Gogo (GOGO) lived up to its name Monday, with its stock rising more than 17% in afternoon trading, near an all-time high. Itasca, Ill.-based Gogo announced Monday that it had received approval for Ku-band satellite connectivity service on Boeing (BA) 747-400 aircraft, clearing the way for Wi-Fi service on international flights.
