Facebook (FB) says its photo and video sharing app Instagram has achieved a new milestone — hitting 400 million users. That’s up from 300 million as recently as December, says Facebook of the service that it bought in 2012 for more than $700 million. Instagram users now share some 80 million photos a day, the messaging service said. Much of the growth is coming from overseas.
