Facebook (FB) reportedly is in negotiations to buy solar-powered drone maker Titan Aerospace to provide sky-based Internet services in Africa and other underserved markets. Titan’s price tag could be around $60 million, sources told TechCrunch late Monday. Titan’s solar-powered unmanned vehicles can stay in the sky for as long as five years.
