Dish Network (DISH) founder Charlie Ergen will return as CEO of the satellite TV broadcaster, which on Monday reported Q4 revenue that missed views and a net loss of 63,000 video subscribers, twice as much as analysts expected. Joe Clayton, CEO since June 2011, will retire March 31, the company said. Dish Network stocked was up more than 1% in early trading in the stock market today, above 79 near its all-time high of 79.57 touched on Nov. 28. Scalper1 News
