In the restaurant space, Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) is the poster child for posting strong growth. But a few other casual-dining chains have also recently delivered strong quarterly results. On Tuesday, Carrols Restaurant Group (TAST) said that it had posted a loss for the second quarter, but sales jumped 30% to $219.1 million.
