BlackBerry (BBRY) agreed to acquire data security company WatchDox as the smartphone maker continues to emphasize its security features in a crowded market dominated by Apple. While financial terms weren’t disclosed, BlackBerry will reportedly spend $70 million, sources told the Wall Street Journal.
