Palo Alto Networks Buys Israeli Cybersecurity Firm

Palo Alto Networks (PANW) on Monday announced an agreement to acquire Cyvera, a privately held cybersecurity company based in Tel-Aviv, Israel, for $200 million in cash and stock. Cyvera, with 55 employees, has developed technology that protects enterprise users from cyberattacks and threats on any device, across any network, Palo Alto Networks said in its press release.
