AT&T First In Wireless Customer Care Performance List

For the third straight time, AT&T (T) ranked highest in wireless customer care performance, according to the latest semiannual survey by J.D. Power. AT&T scored a 786 on a 1,000-point rating system, followed by T-Mobile (TMUS) and Verizon (VZ). About 6,500 wireless customers participated in the latest study, which covered July through December 2014.
