AT&T Adds Volvo To Growing Auto, M2M Customer Base

AT&T (T) said Wednesday that it will provide high-speed wireless connections to Volvo cars in the U.S. and Canada, expanding the phone company’s reach into the auto industry and the “Internet of Things.” AT&T already has signed similar pacts with General Motors (GM), Volkswagon’s Audi unit and Tesla Motors (TSLA).
