Amazon Freeing Shoppers From Packaging ‘Wrap Rage’

Amazon.com said Thursday that it’s made huge progress this holiday season in freeing consumers from “wrap rage,” the challenge of cutting through thick plastic clamshell cases or dealing with a forest of wire ties to get at gifts. The No. 1 e-commerce company says it’s helping the environment in the process.
