The Supreme Court on Friday said it would hear broadcasters’ challenge to startup Aereo, whose TV-over-Internet service has set off a legal battle vs. ABC, CBS (CBS), Fox and Comcast (CMCSA)-owned NBC. A ruling by the high court could come as soon as June. “It’s great news for everyone involved. The sooner we can get some clarity the better,” said Craig Moffett, analyst at MoffettNathanson.
