Zillow Earnings Seen Falling With ‘Muted’ Q4 Results

Online real estate data company Zillow (Z) is expected to report “muted” Q4 results, with declining earnings even as sales jump 59%. Seattle-based Zillow is expected to report EPS ex items of 7 cents, a 12.5% drop from 8 cents in the year-earlier quarter. Sales are expected to climb to $54.4 million from $34.3 million, according to analysts polled by Thomson Reuters.
