Workday No Longer Has Two Chief Executives

Workday (WDAY) has concluded that two chief executives is one too many. In a public filing Thursday with the SEC, the enterprise software company said that its two top executives no longer share the role of co-CEO. The company, a leading provider of human capital management software that has rivals SAP (SAP) and Oracle (ORCL) in its crosshairs, said Aneel Bhusri will now assume the role of CEO, while David Duffield has become the company’s Scalper1 News
