Light-emitting diode makers Universal Display (OLED) and LG Display (LPL) were up Friday, hitting five- and four-month highs, respectively, after a Japanese news report said its products might be in the next Apple (AAPL) iPhone. The Nikkei Asian Review reported Thursday that Apple plans to bring organic LED technology (known as OLED) into its iPhones, starting in 2018.
