Morgan Stanley on Monday downgraded Twitter (TWTR), saying TV ad dollars that shift to online advertising likely will first go to Facebook (FB) or Google’s (GOOG) YouTube rather than to Twitter. Twitter stock was down more than 5% in midday trading in the stock market today, near 65.30. Twitter stock broke into new highs in December, topping above 74 on Dec. 26.
