Twitter (TWTR) co-founder Jack Dorsey was officially named CEO of the struggling microblog on Monday after serving as interim CEO since July, while Adam Bain, the former president of global revenue and partnerships, was promoted to COO. The moves, announced during a morning conference call, keep two known brands in control of a company trying to boost users and profits.
