IPO Calendar: Summer Slowdown Begins With Just 4 IPOs
Following the usual summer slowdown, just four IPOs are scheduled for the week of Aug. 11, including two biotechs. The largest initial public offering planned is Otonomy (OTIC), a clinical stage developer of treatments for ear diseases. It plans to raise $80 million by offering 5.3 million shares at a price range of 14 to 16. Another is Zosano (ZSAN), an early stage biotech developing transdermal patches to treat osteoporosis, with an IPO that was
