The U.S. International Trade Commission sided with Apple (AAPL) supplier Qualcomm (QCOM) and Samsung on Monday, upholding an earlier ruling that neither violated Tesla (TSLA) chipmaker Nvidia’s (NVDA) patents on graphics processing chips.
