Luxury electric car maker Tesla Motors (TSLA) bucked the trend of slowing EV sales in May by accelerating its Model S sedan deliveries by double-digit percentages, according to an estimate. Microsoft (MSFT) crossed a European acquisition off its to-do list, picking up 6Wunderkinder in a deal believed to be worth at least $100 million. Microsoft announced that it acquired the Berlin-based startup behind the Wunderlist to-do list app on Tuesday. “The addition of Wunderlist to the Microsoft product portfolio fits squarely with our ambition to reinvent productivity for a mobile-first, cloud-first world,” Eran Megiddo, general manager of Microsoft’s OneNote, said in a blog post. “Building on momentum for Microsoft Office, OneNote and Skype for Business, as well as the recent Sunrise and Acompli acquisitions, it further demonstrates Microsoft’s commitment to delivering market leading mobile apps across the platforms and devices our customers use — for mail, calendaring, messaging, notes and now tasks.” Wunderlist has more than 13 million users who have created over 1 billion to-do lists, Megiddo said.
