Synergy Resources Completes Orr Energy Buy; Shares Edge Higher

Synergy Resources Corporation ( SYRG ) has completed the purchase of 36 producing oil and gas wells in the Wattenberg Field of the Denver-Julesburg Basin from Orr Energy.
