Stratasys Q1 Earnings Due Amid Cautious Growth Period

3-D printer maker Stratasys is expected to show a deceleration in revenue growth when it reports first-quarter results before the market open Friday. The consensus estimate among analysts is for revenue of $143.3 million. That would be a 46% increase from the same quarter a year ago but a slowdown from four quarters in a row of triple-digit growth.
