Compuware, taken private in late 2014 in a $2.5 billion deal, has disclosed what it calls a “far-reaching partnership and integration” with enterprise software vendors Splunk (SPLK) and Atlassian (TEAM) to help traditional mainframe proprietors manage their data with modern tools.
