Qualcomm Price Target Cut On Weaker Android Sales

Weaker demand for high-end Android smartphones led to a price target cut on chip supplier Qualcomm (QCOM) . Canaccord Genuity analyst Michael Walkley lowered his price target on Qualcomm stock to 77 from 80, though he maintained a buy rating, in a research note Wednesday. Walkley lowered his estimate on global smartphone sales in 2015 to 1.39 billion units from 1.45 billion. Qualcomm is a leading supplier of chips used in smartphones. Qualcomm Scalper1 News
