Since shoe and apparel retailers were featured in Tuesday’s column, today we’ll look at the companies that supply the goods. The Apparel-Shoes & Related Manufacturing group ranked No. 23 in Tuesday’s issue among IBD’s 197 industry groups, up from No. 59 six weeks ago. The group houses nine stocks, including Skechers USA (SKX), Deckers Outdoor (DECK) and athletic powerhouse Nike (NKE). Skechers tops the group with a 98 Composite Rating. The Scalper1 News
