Microsoft’s (MSFT) prospects are cloudy ahead of its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings, and not just because of its business shift to the Internet cloud. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella signaled changes are afoot for the software leader in an email to employees on June 25 . His memo laid out a broad agenda for the company’s fiscal 2016, which started Wednesday. Nadella reinforced the company’s focus on mobile devices and cloud computing services.
