Microsoft’s fiscal Q4 earnings, out after the close Tuesday, could get a lift from a recovering PC market and possibly a strong performance from its cloud business. Microsoft (MSFT) and its new chief executive, Satya Nadella, are both under tremendous scrutiny and pressure from investors in the wake of the company’s move under former CEO Steve Ballmer to crack the mobile business with its acquisition of Nokia’s phone business for $7.2 billion.
