Microsoft (MSFT) late Tuesday announced an 11% dividend hike and named two new board members as CEO Satya Nadella continues to transform the software giant. The new directors, Kraft Foods (KRFT) CFO Teri List-Stoll and Visa (V) CEO Charles Scharf, will start Oct. 1. Long-time directors Dave Marquardt and Dina Dublon have chosen not to seek re-election and will retire at the end of their current terms after Microsoft’s annual shareholder meeting. Scalper1 News
