How good a deal AT&T (T) will get if it sells satellite broadcaster DirecTV’s Latin American pay-TV business for $10 billion depends in part on whether its assets in Mexico are included, says a BTIG analyst. Spain-based Telefonica (TEF), one on Latin America’s biggest wireless phone companies along with America Movil (AMX), could buy DirecTV’s business in the region for about $10 billion, Reuters reported on Friday.
