Major averages fell yesterday on higher volume. The S&P 500 closed roughly at its 50-day moving average while the NASDAQ and DJIA closed below their respective 50-day lines. Leaders attempted a bounce which was generally shut down in yesterday’s trade. Another leg down before the market finds a floor is very possible. Caution is warranted.
