LAS VEGAS — Do-it-yourself home security systems are breaking into CES in a big way this year, with a number of companies touting lower-cost ways for people to watch over their kids, pets and valuables while they’re away from home. Boston-based Immedia Semiconductor just started shipping its low-cost Blink HD home monitoring and alert system. Blink starts at $79 for a one-camera system, and a multiroom, three-camera Blink system is $189. Blink’s Scalper1 News
