IPO Stock Watch: Two Biotechs IPOs Price Below Range

Two of six biotech IPOs planned for this week launched Thursday, both pricing below their projected ranges. Roka Bioscience (ROKA) raised $60 million by offering 5 million shares at 12, though it had expected to price at 14 to 16. Roka develops food safety testing equipment that uses molecular diagnostics for the detection of food-born pathogens. CareDx (CDNA) raised $40 million in a downsized IPO by offering 4 million shares at 10, well below its Scalper1 News
