HP Inc. (HPQ) is making “Star Wars”-themed personal computers, but the Force definitely wasn’t with the PC and printer maker late Tuesday when it reported fiscal-fourth-quarter earnings. HP’s PC and printer businesses brought in revenue of $12.66 billion in fiscal Q4 ended Oct. 31, down 14.2% year over year.
