Specialty drugmaker Horizon Pharma (HZNP) fell sharply in early trading Wednesday after pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts (ESRX) sued it for allegedly unpaid rebates and cut a specialty pharmacy Horizon had been using out of its network.
