HomeAway (AWAY) said Wednesday that it’s acquired Australia-based vacation rental site Stayz Group in an all-cash $198 million deal. The Austin-based online marketplace for vacation rental homes says buying the major Australian rental marketplace is expected to add 33,000 local vacation rental listings to HomeAway’s worldwide offerings.
