GoPro executives have been tight-lipped about the possibility of making new types of cameras. During a conference call with analysts on Oct. 30, GoPro CEO Nicholas Woodman was asked if the company would stray from the iconic design of its action cameras. “We’re always looking at new ideas, new form factors, new innovation that can lead to a more effective and convenient experience for our customers,” Woodman said. “To be sure, you never know what you’re going to see from GoPro next.
