Speculation that Google (GOOG) could add wireless service to areas where it builds out a superfast fiber-optic broadband network has analysts mulling a wide range of options. The Information, a pay-walled website, on Thursday said Google approached Verizon Wireless (VZ) about a wholesale deal.
