Google In EU Must Remove Personal Links On Request

Google (GOOGL) must remove links to personal information in search results in the European Union if the subject of those links requests it, an EU court rul ed on Tuesday. A ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the EU’s highest court, says Google and other search engines are “responsible for the processing” of personal information.
