EBay’s Andreessen Fires Back At Icahn Over Skype Sale

EBay (EBAY) director Marc Andreessen on Monday became the latest top company official to counter charges being made against the management of the payments and e-commerce powerhouse by activist investor Carl Icahn. “I dispute all accusations that I have violated any of my duties to eBay shareholders,” Andreessen said in a statement posted on eBay’s website.
