EBay Rejects Icahn’s Board Nominees As Unqualified

EBay (EBAY) on Monday rejected the two nominees that activist investor Carl Icahn, who wants to spin off PayPal, nominated to its board. EBay called on shareholders to vote against Icahn’s nominees at the company’s next annual meeting. No meeting date has been set, but it probably will be mid-April.
