Video game publisher Electronic Arts (EA) on Monday showed off a revamped lineup of popular franchises and promised a renewed commitment to making quality games and listening to its customers. At a media briefing ahead of the E3 video game conference, EA (EA) Chief Executive Andrew Wilson spotlighted some of the major titles it has in the pipeline. Leading the bunch is “Battlefield Hardline,” a version of the company’s long-running combat series reimagined as a cops-vs.-criminals action game. “Everything we’ve got for you here today is tied together by a common thread — a commitment to put our players first, a commitment to create amazing games, a commitment to lead with creativity and innovation,” he said. “And a commitment to listen to you. It’s about putting the games into your hands and inviting you to help us make them better. This is the foundation for Electronic Arts.”   Scalper1 News
